NERO® Boston Company Policies:
Event Cancellation:
Should NERO® Boston/Epic Adventures LLC cancel an event for which you have pre-paid, you will have the option of receiving a refund (less credit card processing fees where appropriate) or an event credit.Inability to Attend an Event:
NERO® Boston/Epic Adventures LLC will make every effort to accommodate emergency situations that may arise and reserves the right to evaluate each situation on a case by case basis. However, the following policies apply in the event that you have pre-paid for an event but are unable to attend:- Should you pre-pay for an event, be unable to attend the event, and do not provide notice to NERO® Boston/Epic Adventures LLC, the appropriate number of blankets for the event will be applied to your character as if you had attended the event. You will not receive a refund or an event credit.
- Should you pre-pay for an event, be unable to attend the event, and provide advanced notice to NERO® Boston/Epic Adventures LLC so that a replacement for your allocated bed space is found prior to the event, you will have the option of receiving a refund (less credit card processing fees where appropriate) or an event credit.
- Should you pre-pay for an event, be unable to attend the event, and a replacement for your allocated bed space is not found prior to the event even if you provide advanced notice to NERO® Boston/Epic Adventures LLC, the appropriate number of blankets for the event will be applied to your character as if you had attended the event. You will not receive a refund or an event credit.
- Should you choose to use an event credit to register for an event and then be unable to attend the event, the appropriate number of blankets for the event will be applied to your character as if you had attended the event. You will not receive a refund or another event credit.
Guaranteed Bed Space for Pre-Paid Attendees:
Please understand that the availability of a bed is not guaranteed unless you have pre-paid for the event. We rent camp sites by the cabin and we cannot rent additional cabins without having event payments in hand because we have to pay for the event rental in advance IN FULL. Unfilled beds are filled on a first-come first-served basis for those paying at-door.New Player Pack Free Event:
The free event that is included as part of a New Player Pack may be used at either a 1-day event or a full weekend event. The free event that is included as part of a New Player Pack EXPIRES one year from the date of purchase of the New Player Pack.Discount Policy:

High school or full time college student: $10 discount
Military discount (reserves or full duty): $10 discount
Applicable discounts for one day events:
High school or full time college student: $5 discount
Military discount (reserves or full duty): $5 discount
*To be eligible for a discount a school or Military ID must be provided for verification.
Current Promotions
2010 Fables of Fenorra Campaign Special Promotion
Due to increased camp rental costs, the cost for attending a 2010 NERO® Boston event is increasing to $80 for a full weekend event and $50 for a 1-day event. This increase is the minimum amount required to cover the increase in camp rental costs.However, in an effort to mitigate the impact of the cost increase on our customers,NERO® Boston is offering a 2010 Fables of Fenorra Campaign Special Promotion package. Anyone who purchases the entire 2010 Volta season prior to January 1, 2010 will do so at 2009 event prices. This represents a $50 savings, reducing the total cost for the 2010 season from $420 (if all events were purchased individually) to $370. The promotion also includes a free long paid plot submission and 500 production points.

NERO® Boston and Fables of Fenorra are pleased to offer the following joint campaign discount to all NERO® members:* For every Volta event that you pre-register and attend as an NPC, you will receive a voucher good for a $10 discount at the next full weekend Fables of Fenorra event that you attend as a player.
* For every Fables of Fenorra event that you pre-register and attend as an NPC, you will receive a voucher good for a $10 discount at the next full weekend Volta event that you attend as a player.
