  • Vines and leaves on skin, optional leaves in hair.

Starts with:

  • Minus 2 body
  • Immune to swamp walk terrain modifier
  • Double damage from Lightning effects (Elemental and Eldritch)

Racials:

  • May purchase Herbal Lore for half cost
  • May purchase resist sleep
  • May purchase Natural Armor (max of  20 points)

Mentality

The Forest Elves are highly intelligent, and have made extremely good use of the forest around them, giving themselves running water and other luxuries, high above the ground in the trees. 
The have a natural distain for the Air Kin, and a pure hatred for the Gale Elves, so much as they have waged an unofficial war upon them.  Everything that the Gale Elves do, every breath that they take, every child they birth, and every motion they carry out is against the Forest Elves, or so they feel.  If a Gale and a Forest elf were to be in the same room, they are not stupid and wouldn’t start a fight they don’t think they could win.. though it would take great amounts of personal control to quench the drive to end their lives.
In general though, when not fighting their corrupted brothers the Gale Elves, the Forest Elves are a peaceful folk, willing to lend a hand when one is needed, and share their homes with those in need.

Society

The Forest Elves of Fenorra live mostly on the Western side of the Denaria Forest.  Living in one large community, broken up into small villages, hoisted high into the trees.  There they have built catwalks from hut to hut, and aqua duct system to bring water to their villages in the trees.  An extremely civilized people, though rather cloistered, and snobbish at times.  Though when it comes down to getting something done.. they can be rather gruff, and sometimes seem even barbaric.
Their tree top dwelling is ruled over by one single of their kind, he goes by the name of Kalnae, he is rumored to be one of the first of his kind.  He has made it his personal goal to wipe out the Gale Elves for good.  Kalnae is a very reserved person, never talks much about himself.

Generally how Forest Elves may feel towards other races:

    Caementum:   Also seen in the wood, though a bit dim witted.
    Calicantars:   Fellow folk of the forest, we frolic through the trees together.
    Dracons:   A proud people, but we don’t see them very often
    Dúrla:   Our brothers of the wood, they are good company.
    Elemental Kin:   The Air kin are not on our good list, and if the Fire breed don’t stop torching our trees, we will have to take it personally.
    Elves:  
    • Gale Elves:  We despise these wretched beings

    • Marae Elves:  Our brothers, though we don’t see them often enough.

    Humans:   Envied for their normality.
    Kobolds:   People of the wood, though not to be trusted, even for a moment.
    Night Walkers:   Wretched creatures of the night, do not trust their human appearance in the sunlight.
    Patchworks:   They seem a bit awkward, but in general we don’t know much about them.
    Pixies:   Don’t be fooled by their pleasant demeanor.
    Shing Guai:   Often misunderstood, they are not as evil as they may seem.
    Werewolves:   Creatures that are not to be trusted, they are unpredictable and violent.
